A Diocese is a Bishoprick, but so are most Bishops →
Apparently most Catholics who attended Mass last weekend (which is not the same as “most Catholics”) were treated to letters read from the pulpit concerning the Church’s stand against contraception and the Obama administration’s HHS mandate that it be available freely in all insurance coverage.
This link is to a snarky recitation of all the other issues Catholic Bishops have NOT made a national stink over including but not limited to: capital punishment, wars of choice, economic injustices, environmental abuse, and of course sexual assaults on children. Sigh/Barf!
